Joji, the acclaimed singer, songwriter, and producer who started as a popular YouTuber, is set to release his fourth studio album Piss in the Wind on February 6th, 2026, via Palace Creek.
The album combines Joji's past and present sounds, balancing melancholic and introspective lyrics with gritty and atmospheric production. It continues to showcase his evolving musical identity.
Earlier this year, Joji released the first single from the album, "PIXELATED KISSES", his first track since 2022’s SMITHEREENS. The single quickly amassed nearly 50 million streams worldwide and entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
On November 5th, he shared another single titled "It Only Gets Better", which reflects his lo-fi origins by blending acoustic guitar, syncopated basslines, and rich harmonies. The release came with a music video directed by James Mao, featuring playful references to Joji's 2018 hit “YEAH RIGHT” from the album BALLADS 1. The video contrasts energetic club visuals with minimalist, thoughtful lyrics.
SMITHEREENS featured the RIAA twice Platinum and No. 1 Spotify Global 50 hit “Glimpse of Us” — his highest-charting single to date.
