The 2025 Hong Kong Super Sixes cricket tournament started on Friday, November 7. Fans can watch the event live on TV and digital platforms.
After a break since 2017, the Hong Kong Super Sixes returned for the second consecutive season. The competition features 12 teams divided into four groups. The host is Hong Kong (China).
Each match lasts about 45 minutes, with teams playing six players each. An innings includes six overs, where bowlers can deliver a maximum of two overs, but not consecutively. Batters must retire upon reaching 50 runs but may return if all teammates are out.
The top two teams from each group move to the quarter-finals, with winners advancing to the semi-finals. Teams losing in the quarter-finals compete in the Plate semi-finals. Third-placed teams enter the Bowl League, which is round-robin style, with the top two playing in the Bowl Final.
