The recalled bikes were manufactured between December 2019 and July 2022 and sold from January 2020 through April 2025 through Peloton's website, Dick's Sporting Goods, Amazon, and eBay, both in-store and online.

Three reports indicated that seat posts broke during use, causing two injuries.
