Introduction of a Simplified Property Information Form
The Law Society has introduced a new version of the TA6 property information form, designed to be more practical and user-friendly.
The new sixth version is a simpler form with clearer explanatory notes.
Key changes include clearer explanatory notes and more 'not known' options, following feedback from over 1,200 solicitors, licensed conveyancers, estate agents, and sellers.
Law Society president Mark Evans emphasized the importance of ensuring transaction forms are accurate and practical in the home buying and selling process.
