South Carolina Football Loses to Alabama Crimson Tide
The South Carolina football team (3-5) lost to the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide (7-1) with a score of 29-22 at home on Saturday evening.
The game was a back-and-forth contest, with the Gamecocks holding the lead in the fourth quarter. The Gamecocks started the game with efficient passing, led by redshirt sophomore quarterback LaNorris Sellers.
- Sellers completed four out of his first seven passes on the opening drive.
- Redshirt senior placekicker William Joyce hit a field goal as a result of the drive.
