Pittsburgh Jeweler Reaches New Demographic With Upcycled Collection
Bench jeweler Jenny Lin was encouraged to express her creativity at Henne Jewelers in Pittsburgh, PA.

Owner John Henne says, reflecting broader industry trends toward sustainability, craftsmanship and storytelling in luxury goods.
Lin turned scraps of gold and orphaned gems into upcycled creations, which also appeals to younger generations seeking unique jewelry with a story.
Henne notes,
“Many of our current customers value sustainability, and I expect that trend to continue,”and
“We are finding that younger generations are seeking unique jewelry that has a story and have an interest in our estate collection.”
