Changes to BASF’s Board of Executive Directors
The Board of Executive Directors of BASF SE is continuing to further develop the strategic direction of the company in line with its “Winning Ways” strategy.
The Supervisory Board of BASF SE appointed Dr. Livio Tedeschi as a member of the Board of Executive Directors effective May 1, 2026, while Michael Heinz will retire as planned.
Additionally, Mary Kurian, who joined BASF in 2020, has been heading the company's Care Chemicals division since 2023.
