MorningStar Senior Living, a Denver-based operator, faced staffing challenges and scheduling difficulties, a common issue in the industry.
To address this, they partnered with AllieHealth, a platform that uses AI to optimize labor and capture NOI by aligning scheduling, budgeting, and performance.
“We partnered with AllieHealth with six communities to start off, just to see how it would go,” says Chris Livesay, Chief Human Resources Officer at MorningStar. “It went like gangbusters, and now we’ve finished up implementation for the whole company — 37 communities.
The AllieHealth platform is integrated with EHR and HRIS, providing an intelligent solution for labor optimization.
