I read a lot of history books and often find myself wondering about how current events will be interpreted by future historians.
“get real, loser, there won’t even be historians in the future, let alone ones able or willing to objectively interpret the past”
I appreciate that some people might see this as an overly optimistic practice, but I still find it valuable as a way to create a sense of perspective that can otherwise be hard to find.
