Mostafa Kamel Mostafa, an inmate at the "supermax" facility in Colorado, known as ADX Florence or the "Alcatraz of the Rockies," has filed a suit.
District Judge Philip Brimmer ruled on Sept. 25 that prison officials had "substantially burdened the exercise of his religion" by not installing a special cleaner in his cell.
The prison is famous for its near-total state of lockdown, housing some of the most dangerous inmates in the U.S.
