On November 5, China State Shipbuilding Corporation Beihai Shipbuilding, in partnership with China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. (CSTC), held the delivery and naming ceremony for the fourth 210,000 DWT LNG dual-fuel bulk carrier, RURI EARTH.
The vessel is custom-built for Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) and serves as the flagship of the first four ships constructed by Beihai Shipbuilding for MOL. The successful delivery of RURI EARTH marks a significant milestone in the initial collaboration between Beihai Shipbuilding and MOL.
Beihai Shipbuilding has implemented the concept of "full-lifecycle green development," focusing on optimizing processes during construction and ensuring operational efficiency. This approach aligns with their goal of building high-quality vessels.
