An acclaimed fine dining restaurant, led by three-Michelin-star chef Clare Smyth, will close after four years of operation. Oncore by Clare Smyth, located at Crown Sydney, has been a beloved spot in Australia’s fine dining scene.
The restaurant will serve its final dinner on February 28, 2026.
