COUSIN Production Company Launches with Ariel Martin Onboard
Former Finch Executive Producer Nick Simkins has founded a new production company called COUSIN.
During his tenure at Finch, the company won several Production Company of the Year awards at prestigious events such as CICLOPE Asia, SHOTS Asia Pacific, and Campaign Brief's THE WORK, as well as the AWARD Awards in 2025.
Award-winning director Ariel Martin is the first director to join COUSIN's roster. Martin says:
I’ve known Nick since I was 22 when he hired me to make coffees as a bright-eyed runner. I’ve long thought he was primed to build a production company around his ethos that’s made him a leading EP: director focused, good taste, deep relationships.
