Reorganization of the First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
A special announcement from the Church of Jesus Christ on Tuesday afternoon revealed the newly formed First Presidency.
Dallin H. Oaks, 93 years old, was ordained as the Prophet and formal leader of the 17+ million-member church, naming Henry B. Eyring as a counselor.
President Oaks is the new leader of the church.
