Saskatchewan RCMP have charged a 51-year-old man in connection with the death of a Winnipeg man.
On October 7, officers responded to a report of a dead body outside a home along Victoria Avenue in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, approximately 188 km northeast of Regina.
The victim, identified as 51-year-old Curtis Gilman Bourassa from Winnipeg, was found dead. His death was considered suspicious, and the RCMP homicide unit took over the investigation.
Following the investigation, 51-year-old Henry Wayne Chartrand was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder in connection to Bourassa's death.
