India have been fined 5% of their match fee for a slow over-rate against Australia in the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup league match.
The sanction was imposed by Michell Periera, as India were one over short of the target after time allowances were considered.
Players are fined 5% of their match fee for every over their side fails to bowl in the allotted time, according to Article 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct.
India captain Harmanpreet Kaur pleaded guilty and accepted the sanction, eliminating the need for a formal hearing.
