Dubai RTA Expands nol Card Services
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has expanded the nol card's functionality beyond transport, enabling payments for parking, retail, and education services.
This development is a result of partnerships with KHDA, Parkin PJSC, PayPal, and GTS Alive Middle East, aiming to create a universal payment tool for various daily services, including dining and entertainment.
The move supports Dubai's digital transformation by promoting smart, contactless payments across multiple sectors.
The partnerships were formalized through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) signed at GITEX Global 2025.
Residents and visitors will have a single, cashless card for daily life.
