A teacher accused of child sex and abuse charges in Tamworth court will stay behind bars as his case has been adjourned again.
The man, Bradley Van Praag, faces nine charges and his case was mentioned in Tamworth Local Court on Wednesday, October 15.
According to Magistrate Rodney Brender,
an email was received stating that the defence and prosecutors had not yet had a case conference and requested a three-week adjournment.
Van Praag did not appear in court, and his defence solicitor was also absent.
