Lovers of literature gathered to listen to local writers share their work at the annual WSU Visiting Writers Series.
The series, held at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, featured three University of Idaho professors: Michael McGriff, Thomas Dai, and Alexandra Teague.
They read from their published books and poetry, followed by a Q&A session where attendees asked about writing tips and the professors' work.
Dai, an essayist and assistant professor, read from his new book, "Say My Name but Say It Slow."
