Kap's Café Shooting: Third Incident in Three Months
The Surrey café owned by Bollywood star Kapil Sharma was targeted by shooters for the third time in just over three months.
The previous two shootings at Kap's Cafe have been linked to extortion. The latest incident occurred at approximately 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, with several bullet holes found in the building's facade.
"It is the third regrettable incident at this location,"
confirmed Surrey Police Service spokesman Ian MacDonald. Employees were present on the premises at the time of the shooting, as was the case in the previous two incidents.
Kap’s Cafe, located in the 8400-block 120 Street in Newton, has been the target of gunfire three times in a short period.
