Conman Albert Walker Denied Parole Again
Notorious conman Albert Walker, 80, has been denied parole again in British Columbia despite recommendations.
Walker, known as The Rolex Killer in Britain, was convicted of murder and has a history of scamming millions from his friends and neighbours in Paris, Ontario.
"You will … present an undue risk to society if released on day parole and your release will not contribute to the protection of society,"
says a report by the Parole Board of Canada. Walker's parole bid was denied due to the risk he poses to society.
