Sturt Highway repairs follow growing community safety push

Sturt Highway Repairs Underway

A community-led petition launched in July has prompted remediation works on the Sturt Highway near Kingsford and Shea-Oak Log in South Australia.

The petition called for a long-term solution to rebuild the section between Kingsford and Greenock. In response, the SA Department for Infrastructure and Transport is undertaking targeted patching on two sections of the highway.

Works will take place from Sunday to Friday between 7pm and 6am, with completion expected early next month. Additionally, Audio Tactile Line Marking will be replaced along these sections in the coming months.
