Toys for Tots Program Returns to Support Local Children
The Marine Corps Reserve's Toys for Tots Program is back in Buchanan County, seeking toy donations to distribute to children for Christmas.
"The main thing that they want is toys from seven dollars to fifteen dollars, unwrapped, brand new toys," said Don Crigger, Vietnam Veteran and Program Coordinator.
Last year, the program distributed 2,803 toys to 1,851 local kids. Toy donations can be made at various drop sites around Buchanan County until December.
