A woman caused damage to a truck at a downtown intersection last summer, court heard on Friday.
Ashley Biron was holding knives at Albert Street East and Bruce Street, threatening to kill someone on August 24, 2024, according to assistant Crown attorney Adrianna Mucciarelli.
These incidents occurred between March 2024 and September 2025, as heard by Ontario Court Justice Andrew Buttazzoni.
She ran from police and said "I'm going to kill somebody,"
Biron held handlebars over her head. She has 33 days of pre-sentence custody and was given one-and-a-half days credit for each day of incarceration.
