Great Hill Invests in Philanthropy Software Provider Ren Inc
Great Hill Partners has made a growth investment in Ren, Inc, an Indianapolis-based provider of donor-advised fund technology and philanthropic solutions.
Bain Capital’s Tech Opportunities team, which acquired a majority stake in Ren in 2023, will remain a significant shareholder.
“Ren has established itself as a clear market leader at the intersection of fintech and philanthropy,” said Nick Cayer, a managing director at Great Hill.
The investment will enable Ren to accelerate its product roadmap, scale its operations, and further expand its reach across financial advisors, wealth management firms, and philanthropic institutions.
No financial terms were disclosed.
