Big Give Raises £2.4 Million for Charities Supporting Women and Girls
The Big Give's fourth Women & Girls match fund campaign has successfully raised £2,392,163 for charities that drive positive change for women and girls worldwide.
The week-long campaign received 9,545 donations to over 217 charities, addressing issues such as gender inequality, education, health, and empowerment. This year's total represents a 10% year-on-year increase, setting a new record for the campaign.
The public's donations were matched by Big Give's funding 'champions', including foundations, companies, and philanthropists, effectively doubling the impact of each donation.
