The European Commission is preparing a plan to simplify the process of creating new companies across the EU.
Ekaterina Zaharieva, Commissioner for start-ups, research, and innovation, is urging that the new registration system, known as the 28th regime, be opened to all types of companies, rather than just those considered "innovative".
