Farmers Optimistic About High Cattle Prices
Manitoba ranchers have ended the year on a positive note, according to Matthew Atkinson, president of the Manitoba Beef Producers.
“It’s an optimistic group of folks out there, it’s really good to see,”
Atkinson stated, noting that cow producers are feeling hopeful about their industry due to high sales prices. As the organization's president, representing around 6,000 producers in the province, he has observed this sentiment firsthand.
