Bratts Department Store to be Auctioned
Bratts of Northwich, a family-run department store that served customers for over 160 years, is set to go under the hammer on October 28 with a six-figure guide price.
The store, located on Witton Street, has been out of use since its shutdown four and a half years ago. However, there is a pending application for planning permission to convert the first and second floors into 12 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms.
