Seneca Falls Woman Charged with Food Stamp Fraud

A 35-year-old woman from Seneca Falls is facing criminal charges for allegedly receiving over $1,000 in food stamp benefits she was not entitled to.

According to the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, Jessica D. Ravagno was arrested on October 29 and charged with Misuse of Food Stamps.
