Hero Train Crew Member Named
A train crew member, Samir Zitouni, known as Sam, was seriously injured while trying to protect passengers during a mass stabbing on a London North Eastern Railway (LNER) train.
The incident occurred on Saturday in Cambridgeshire, while the train was traveling from Doncaster to London.
He did not hesitate as he stepped forward to protect those around him.
According to his employer, Mr. Zitouni, a 48-year-old customer experience host, has been credited with helping to save multiple lives.
