Anne Donnelly Defeats Nicole Aloise in Nassau DA Race
Republican Nassau District Attorney Anne Donnelly has been reelected, defeating her Democratic challenger Nicole Aloise.
According to the Board of Election results, Donnelly held a roughly 10-point lead over Aloise, with more than 75% of election districts reporting.
- Donnelly and Aloise agreed on key policies, including opposing cashless bail laws.
- The GOP swept all four countywide races.
Donnelly declared victory from the stage of the Coral House in Baldwin, joined by County Executive Bruce Blakeman.
