Seattle Storm Hires Liberty Assistant Sonia Raman as Head Coach
Sonia Raman will become the Seattle Storm's ninth full-time head coach, succeeding Noelle Quinn. Raman spent last season as an assistant coach on the New York Liberty's championship defense.
According to Shams Charania of ESPN, Raman, 51, brings previous head coaching experience from a 12-year term at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's women's program.
