This Remembrance Day, we honor the sacrifices of those who have served in past and present conflicts. We reflect on their vital role in securing our freedom and offer support to current and former Armed Forces members and their families.
Many places of worship across Manchester will observe a two-minute silence. On campus, The Holy Name Church will hold its silence on 9 November at 11am. Please check with your local place of worship for their planned events.
Representatives from the North West Officer Training Corps, University of Manchester, Multifaith Chaplains, university members, and the public will gather at John Owen’s Quad.
